There is also a tea shop 🍵 where you can purchase local, authentic teas ☕. During our trip in June, we experienced a foggy atmosphere 🌫️, which made the views even more stunning 🌄.

• Dolphin’s Nose 🐬

One of the best things about Ooty is that wherever you stay 🏨, many hotels offer tours for just ₹3400, where you can visit various attractions in a shared bus 🚌. This is an affordable and convenient way to explore, especially if you’re a budget traveler 💰. After visiting the tea estates, the next destination you can explore is the Dolphin’s Nose 🐬, located in Coonoor, around 15-20 minutes from the tea estates 🚗. Here, you’ll find local shops 🛍️ and eateries 🍴, and the highlight is a viewpoint shaped like a dolphin’s nose 🐬, offering breathtaking views of the valley 🌄. It’s a great spot for Instagram-worthy photos 📸.

The waterfall is located on the Pykara River 💦, and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking 🌅.After Pykara Waterfalls, you can visit the Pykara Boat House 🚤, located about 20 km from Ooty 🛥️. Here, you can enjoy boating 🛶 with fares ranging from ₹700 to ₹800. If you’re traveling solo 👤, you can share a boat 🚤 with others, reducing the cost to ₹100-150 💸.
